Cancellations: We require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do this will result in a $25 fee. Same day appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours will result in a fee 50% of services booked. We do not rebook any no call no shows!
Deposits: All Color services and Weave Extensions require a $50 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. Deposit is applied to services booked.
Consultations: There is a $25 nonrefundable, nontransferable fee for consultations about color and weave services. A fee is applied to balance for services booked.
No children or guests are allowed in salon unless being serviced. NO exceptions!
